Torero is back!

Torero is back on the menu.

We got a delivery of the Tanzanian Arabica beans we needed for our Torero blend and we are back in business. The beans arrived with a delivery this morning, 28 February and we will get to work straight away, roasting and blending these beautiful, bright, delicious beans.

Our suppliers had huge trouble securing shipping for the coffee. I wrote a blog post about in January. This is the first time we have ever been unable to get our hands on the coffee we needed because the grower was unable to get it shipped. Even after the shipping issue was sorted out, the weather gods were against us too. The series of storms Dudley, Eunice and Franklin over the past couple of weeks played havoc with shipping schedules and deliveries.

In any case, all’s well that ends well. Torero is back, so if you’ve been jonesing for a mug, fill your boots. Hopefully that’s the last time we’ll have to pull a blend because we can’t get the constituents.
